Greetings from the past! These songs were mostly written throughout 2017 and 2018, with the exception of 'Upon You', which came together and was recorded this year.

The majority of this album was recorded mostly live in one fun afternoon at Kris Ruston's Death Mountain Studio in summer 2018. Over the fall and throughout 2019 we got together a handful of times in various houses and basements for overdubbing and tracking vocals.

With the advent of the Covid pandemic we'd like to extend a huge thanks to Kris Ruston for giving us a generous discount on mixing and mastering to make this affordable for us to complete (it's been a minute since we've played a show!) and also for donating half of his fee to the Kamloops Food Bank. Thank you Kris!! You're a Kamloops music scene superhero. :)
